Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas resorts are ready to ring in the new year with a bang, and have added a few more entertainment and dining options for visitors and locals looking for something special on New Year’s Eve.
Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro Caesars Palace
The popular French patisserie and bistro is set to welcome in 2012 with two special offerings on New Year’s Eve. For $65, guests can enjoy a classy five-course tasting menu featuring choices such as a Maine lobster salad, roasted pistachio rack of lamb and filet mignon. Guests are encouraged to start the New Year’s celebrations early with the $30 wine pairing addition; each of the five courses comes with recommended wine pairings, including a 2007 Château de Sancerre and a sauvignon blanc or merlot from Napa Valley. Les Artistes Steakhouse Paris Las Vegas
Known for having one of the most beautiful dining rooms in Las Vegas, Les Artistes Steakhouse at Paris Las Vegas invites everyone to come celebrate the start of a new year with a special one-night-only menu. At a pre-fixed price of $95, guests will be spoiled with a magnificent six-course meal beginning with a lobster bruschetta amuse bouche. Appetizer selections include pomegranate glazed quail and carpaccio of beef. After the soup and salad, main course options are highlighted by the rack of lamb and the Land and Sea entrée which is composed of tournedos Roquefort and butter-poached lobster tail. Le Provençal at Paris Las Vegas invites all to dine out at the French-Italian restaurant on New Year’s Eve. For $70, guests will be treated to a five-course meal surrounded by murals of the French countryside. The prix fixe menu is highlighted by a great selection of entrées including chicken saltimbocca, kalamata olive-crusted rack of lamb and sweet potato-crusted sea bass. The 2012 Decadent New Year’s Eve Trio of pineapple tart tatin, chocolate espresso napoleon and caramel pear and spiced chocolate cream parfait is sure to cure any sweet tooth. Bally’s Steakhouse Bally’s Las Vegas
Bally’s Steakhouse, one of the oldest steakhouses on the Strip, is set to welcome in the new year with guests by offering a pre-fixed menu that includes six courses. For $95, guests can enjoy a great meal starting with the foie gras duck rillete amuse bouche. The appetizers include a phenomenal selection of Kobe steak and king crab roulade, chilled jumbo prawns or beef carpaccio. After the soup and salad come the real fireworks. Guests can choose from an array of entrées such as Colorado lamb, New York strip or a half roasted chicken. Crown Theater & Nightclub Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino
Get ready to ring in the New Year with comedian/actor Eddie Griffin as he brings the funny to The King’s Room at Crown Theater & Nightclub. Griffin got his start in comedy in 1990 and has performed on multiple HBO specials such as “One Night Stand” in 1992 and “Voodoo Child” in 1997. Griffin has also performed on the legendary stage at the Apollo Theater.
