Hope Dworaczyk has it all. She’s beautiful, she’s intelligent, and she’s had a whirlwind of a career that shows no signs of slowing down. She’s walked the runway for Versace, she’s hosted Inside Fashion in Canada, and she’s appeared on the cover of Playboy. You might also recognize her from this season’s Celebrity Apprentice on NBC!
Luckily for us, she’s also going to be in Las Vegas this Saturday night (4/30) hosting at Vanity at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. We asked Hope some questions about her very first trip to Vegas, her stint on Celebrity Apprentice, and her plans for the future. Here’s our conversation…
You’re hosting at Vanity this Saturday night! Is this a way to get your mind off Celebrity Apprentice and blow off some steam?
HD: If you’ve been watching the show you know I definitely need a drink, and I want to listen to good music and have fun! This Saturday we plan to do just that. So if you’re in Vegas come to Vanity at the Hard Rock and join me and my friends!
You’re from Texas – what was your VERY first impression of Las Vegas – do you have any first-time memories of the city that stand out?
HD: I first came to Las Vegas before my 21st birthday, and I had a fake I.D. I probably shouldn’t share that but you can say I was in heaven. I didn’t understand why anyone would ever leave. The very first slot machine I played I won close to $500 dollars. I remembered thinking, “How do people lose here?” …which I soon found out!
Where do you like to go in Vegas when you’re not working?
HD: I really like Encore. So many great restaurants and a great property. Hard Rock is fun too when you’re in the mood for something crazier.
Was Celebrity Apprentice everything you thought it would be, or was it a case of “Whoa – this is way more then I signed on for!”
HD: I definitely had moments when I asked myself what I had got myself into. It was a great experience, but I think that I thought it was all business. I forget it’s television and they keep some people on for ratings whether they’re business savvy or not.
You contributed $20,000 to Best Buddies International as part of your appearance on the show, is there anything you’d like to mention about why you chose this charity?
HD: I went on the show with one goal. Not to leave until I won money for Best Buddies. I chose to play for them because it’s a great cause!
What are your plans for the future? Do you see yourself doing more modeling, acting, or all of the above?
All of the above, but I’ll add producing and writing as well. I have two new projects I’m working on and I’m both producing and writing. One of the two I created.
Thanks Hope for answering our questions!
